Are your services free?
Our services are free for women but are NOT FREE for men. Since our services are FREE for Russain women, many come to us for help. What kind of help? On the first stage it is help with translation. When ladies come to us they do not know English at all, know it not good enough for meaningful communication, only about one third all our Russian women database think they know English well and would understand you and be able to talk to you without translator's help (by phone or in the letters). Besides, there is a problem of computers: you must agree that communicating by e-mail is the fastest way to get to know each other. Not many people in Ukraine and Russia have personal computers, though the situation is improving. Many women just do not know how to use it. If a girl works as a secretary or a manager and she has access to computer at work, her boss wouldn't appreciate her using a computer at the office for personal needs. Internet cafes are still not that cheap so an average Russian woman could afford using Internet cafe regularly. So, she comes to the marriage agency and asks to help her with sending letters even if she knows English rather well. We do not charge women for our services because it would be rather expensive for them. Thus, one hour in the Internet cafe is about 1-2 USD, the translation of 1 page would cost same 1-2 USD. If we consider that average salary of Russian or Ukrainian woman is 100-150 USD (we do not talk about big cities like Kiev, Moscow or St. Petersburg; salaries there are higher), and they have to live, eat, buy clothes and look good. So, a Russian woman prefers to use the help of the agency to get acquainted with men and choose a suitable partner for future serious relations. Besides, Russian women think men who address an agency service and pays for this service are more serious about finding a Russian wife.

If I purchase the address of these ladies would it include a telephone number and email?
No. You can buy postal address or a package "postal address plus e-mail" which is available only for those women who have provided their e-mail addresses for direct contact. We do not sell telephone numbers now - very few our Russian women would agree to receive a call in the middle of the night (there are still many men who do not remember about the time difference) from a foreign man they do not know. Women usually prefer to give their phone numbers after exchanging several letters, when they know what to talk about, agreed about interpreter, time of telephone conversations, etc. The problem also is that not every woman in our database has the home phone number - sometimes they leave phones of friends, neighbors, relatives, working phones, etc. for their local marriage agency to be able to contact them. And do not treat with disbelief that it is expensive and not very easy to have a telephone installed - it is true, especially for smaller cities. Recently the situation has improved because more and more women can afford mobile phones, but in Russia incoming calls are still not free for some cell-phone companies, so a Russian woman would hardly afford your 30 minutes calls to her mobile. In Ukraine incoming calls to mobiles are free now.

We promise you delivery of your mail as long as you use our web-site: the agencies we work with get commission for the work, and if they do not work in good and honest manner they do not get their money. We can not control the correspondence that goes on OUT of our web-site, sorry.
